Services

Build the thing. Then make people find it.

These four capabilities are sold separately by most of the market and fail separately for the same reason. We run them as one programme, because the value is almost always in the seams between them.

How they fit together

Which of these do you actually need?

Honest answer: probably not all four, and probably not at once. Here is how we usually sequence them.

If your product or site is the bottleneck, start with Design & Development. There is no point buying traffic for a page that does not convert, and no point ranking a site an AI crawler cannot read. This is the foundation everything else stands on.

If you need pipeline this quarter, start with Digital Marketing. Paid and lifecycle produce enquiries in weeks, not months. It is more expensive per lead than organic, and that is the trade you are making deliberately.

If you are playing a longer game, start with SEO. It takes four to six months to show and nine to twelve to compound, and it gets cheaper the longer you run it. It is the highest-return channel available to most service businesses, and the slowest.

If your buyers research with AI, add AI SEO. In some categories this is already where the shortlist is decided. In others it is two years away. We will run a free baseline and tell you honestly which one you are in.

Most engagements start with one line and add a second once the first is working. We would rather grow into a bigger relationship than sell you everything on day one and underdeliver on half of it.

Working with us

What the first month looks like

Identical across every service line, because the failure modes are identical too.

  1. 01

    A 30-minute call

    Week 1

No deck, no discovery fee. You describe what is not working, we tell you whether we are the right studio for it. Sometimes the answer is no, and we will say who to call instead.

  2. 02

A written scope and a number

    Week 1–2

A document that says exactly what is included, what is explicitly out of scope, what it costs, and when it lands. You can take it to another agency and get it quoted. We are fine with that.

  3. 03

    Kickoff and access

    Week 2–3

One shared channel, one named lead, and read access to every tool we use on your account. There is no reporting layer between you and the work.

  4. 04

    First deliverable

    Week 3–4

Something real to react to inside the first month, whether that is an audit, a design direction or a staging URL. Long silent phases are where trust dies.

Questions

Working with Mawkaii

Do you work with companies our size?

Our engagements typically run from $9,000 for a project to $4,500 a month for a retainer. Below that we are usually the wrong choice, and we will say so rather than sell you a scaled-down version that cannot succeed. Above roughly $40,000 a month you likely need an in-house team, and we can help you build one.

Can we hire you for just one service?

Yes. Most clients start with one. There is no bundle requirement and no discount pressure to add lines you do not need.

Who actually does the work?

The people you meet on the call. We do not have a separate sales team, and we do not subcontract delivery to a partner network. If a specialist is brought in for a specific piece, you will be told who and why.

How do you charge?

Projects are fixed-price against a written scope. Retainers are a flat monthly fee for a defined set of deliverables. Consulting is hourly in blocks. We do not bill percentage-of-ad-spend, because it rewards us for spending more of your money.

What if it is not working?

Retainers run on a three-month initial term and then roll with 30 days notice. We would rather you leave early than stay unhappy for a year and tell people about it. Everything we have produced is yours on the way out.

Not sure which of these you need?

That is a normal place to start. Describe the problem and we will tell you which line — or which competitor — is the right answer.
